              30% as deposit,70% balance before delivery;

                100% in advance for sample order or wholesale order (goods in stock)

Q:    How about the price? Can you make it cheaper?

A:    The price depends on your demand (like quantity, accessories)

Q:    What about the lead time?

A:    Goods in stock: 3-7 days after 100% payment.

               With our brand: 3-30 days after receiving deposit

               Customized brand: 30-45 days after receiving deposit

Q:    How to control the quality?

A:    We always concentrate on quality control to ensure excellent quality. Each piano should be checked 

              four times by different QC. 1st after back frame is completed. 2nd after piano shell painted. 3rd after 

              piano assembled. 4th final complete inspection before packing.

Q:    How often should my piano be tuned?

  ​​A: As a matter of standard maintenance, a piano should be tuned at least twice a year.(A new piano should 

​          ​ be tuned 4 times the first year to compensate for string stretch and normal settling). Regular service by a

           qualified technician will help you to avoid expensive repairs in the future.

Q:    What is a digital piano?

A:    A modern electronic musical instrument that serves as an alternative to a traditional acoustic piano. 

             Most digital pianos have the look and feel of an acoustic piano but without the maintenance of tuning 

             as there are no strings.

Q:    Do your pianos have a WARRANTY?

​A:    Yes, usually 10 years warranty on acoustic and one 2 years on digital pianos.
